Substitute Security Manager Role

Acting almost as a ‘virtual CISO’ (but not limited to this role) our consultant will engage with the client in order to deliver a variety of tasks, such as attending regular security forum meetings, advising on policy and strategy, assisting in awareness training and legal compliance, project managing mission critical security projects and assistance in third party audits.

This service is tailored to suit a client’s needs with a consultancy goal to help reduce risk and maintain compliance.

It has been listed as a ‘service’ as several clients have recently preferred this option.

This service/role enables ISMS Matters to act as a ‘Trusted Security Advisor’ and can lead to additional services being introduced, e.g. technical consulting.

However the following caveat should be observed; our consultants have a great deal of experience in working in diverse and challenging environments and will deliver independent and unbiased review of a client’s specific risk, compliance and security exposure.

In essence, this is where a ‘pool’ of days is purchased and called off by the client as and when needed (or a regular weekly or monthly engagement).
